No private parking: paid street parking or the Q-Park Jeanne-d'Arc car park, 3 minutes' walk. Don't park overnight on the even-numbered side of Boulevard d'Arcole (morning market, except Mondays).

Is payment secure?
Yes. Card payments are processed by Stripe, a world leader in online payments; your card details never pass through this site. You get an e-mail confirmation straight away.
How does check-in work?
Self check-in from 3 pm: the key box is at the building entrance and its code is sent to you on arrival day. The apartment is on the ground floor, no stairs.
How many people can sleep in the apartment?
Up to 6: a double bed in the bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living room and two single beds in the small (windowless) room. For 2 to 4 guests it is very spacious.
Is there parking?
There's no private space. Paid street parking and the Q-Park Jeanne-d'Arc car park are 3 minutes away. The metro (line B) is 4 minutes away — you won't need a car in the centre.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before arrival, 50% refund between 30 and 7 days before, no refund within 7 days of arrival. See the booking terms for details.
Is the tourist tax included?
Yes, the total shown at checkout includes the Toulouse Métropole tourist tax (€1.15 per adult per night; under-18s are exempt). No hidden fees.
Can I work remotely from the apartment?
Yes: fast wifi and a desk in the bedroom. Stays of a week or more get an automatic discount.
