Booking terms
1. The property
Furnished holiday rental (Classified holiday rental ★ no. 03101031-55523-1824 (valid until 05/12/2028)), 12 rue Pouzonville, 31000 Toulouse, France, for up to 6 guests. This is a short-term holiday let; the property cannot be the guest's main residence.
2. Booking and payment
The price shown at booking is the full price, all taxes included, including the Toulouse Métropole tourist tax (€1.15 per adult per night; under-18s are exempt). A booking is confirmed upon full card payment (secure Stripe payment) or, for booking requests, after the host's confirmation and payment within the stated time. No security deposit is required.
3. Cancellation
- Cancellation by the guest at least 30 days before arrival: full refund.
- Between 30 and 7 days before arrival: 50% refund of the accommodation price.
- Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund of the accommodation price.
- In all cases, the tourist tax for nights not stayed is refunded.
- Shortened stay or no-show: no refund.
- Cancellation by the host: full, immediate refund of all amounts paid.
To cancel, contact the host by phone or WhatsApp on +33 6 47 06 30 98. Under French consumer law (art. L.221-28), there is no withdrawal period for accommodation provided on specific dates.
4. Check-in and check-out
Self check-in from 3 pm (key box, code sent on arrival day). Check-out before 11 am, keys back in the box.
5. House rules
- Maximum 6 occupants, no additional overnight visitors.
- No parties or events; quiet hours 10 pm – 7 am.
- Non-smoking; no pets.
- Guests must take good care of the property and report any damage, which may be charged.
6. Personal data
Your details (name, e-mail, phone) are used only to manage your stay and are never shared. Payments are processed by Stripe; no card data is stored on this site. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time.
7. Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Guests may refer any dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator, whose details are available on request.
